StorySpoke isn't consulting theory. It grew out of product marketing, sales enablement, and go-to-market campaign work across very different environments. At Symantec, the methodology was shaped by the challenge of scale — bringing structure and consistency to messaging across a large, complex security portfolio. That work was then carried into earlier-stage and mature companies, where the same framework was applied and refined across different markets through direct execution and extensive market research. At Dragos, it was sharpened further in a focused, high-growth environment where much of the work involved helping customers recognize and understand a problem they didn't yet fully see.
